A crucial part of the game plan is to have a home-watch professional conduct regular visits of your unoccupied or vacant home and provide you a report of their findings each visit. Our Service Visits Can Include:
Leaks and Water Damage
We will visually inspect ceilings, under sinks, check for signs of water damage, mold and mildew or smells, and watch out for plumbing leaks. We will turn on faucets and sinks to check for leaks or dripping. We will also check outside for issues with the sprinkler system, hoses, and make sure the main water valve is off.
Appliances, Electrical, and AC
We will check on your refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances. We can also make sure your thermostat and AC are working properly and perform an HVAC filtration check.
We will check your electrical panel for tripped breakers, and make sure the electric water heater is off.
We also check on smoke detectors and make sure the alarm system is working properly.
Legit Solutions will provide you a complete, open and honest Home-Watch Inspection Checklist Report for each home-watch inspection and we will provide IMMEDIATE REPORTING to our client if abnormalities are found.
Visual Property Inspection
We will check all around the property and inside for pests or insects. We will also look for issues throughout the property including the lanai and garage, roof and gutters, light fixtures, pool condition, We also inspect windows and doors and screens to check for vandalism and minimize chance of break-ins.
Tasks and Upkeep
We can replace light bulbs, pick up mail, and collect flyers and newspapers from the front porch. We will also flush toilets and run water to maintain the plumbing and pipes. We can pick up packages, coordinate maintenance, and give access to repairmen.
Storm Preparation
In Florida, storm preparation is very important. We can assist with putting up storm shutters and other pre-storm preparations.
We can also do post-storm inspections, making sure you do not have damage that might cause further issues.
